Your expertise will support children's development across various domains, including literacy, math, social-emotional skills, and physical activity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while fostering their early childhood education journey. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and educational best practices Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation, creativity, and respect among students Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and ensure safety Support children's social-emotional development through behavior management strategies and child welfare practices Incorporate diverse teaching methods such as Montessori, literacy education, and physical education to meet varied learning needs Conduct assessments, including standardized testing and formative evaluations, to monitor student progress Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support each child's unique developmental pathway Engage in ongoing professional development in areas like special education, early intervention, and childhood development Requirements High School Diploma required. Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and team members Familiarity with Montessori methods, literacy education strategies, and behavior management approaches Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and developmental stages Commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and fostering an inclusive learning environment Join our team to ignite young minds!
