9641224-76084 Job Description Make a difference by providing expert support as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) on a part-time, contract basis. Through direct involvement with students who have visual impairments, you'll empower learners to access education in meaningful waysall while working just 5 hours per week for immediate impact. Your role will focus on individualized teaching and adapting materials and strategies to ensure each students unique needs are met. You'll collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals to create a fully accessible and supportive educational environment.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid certification or licensure as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) Prior experience working with children with visual impairments, preferably in a school or educational setting Solid understanding of adaptive instructional techniques, Braille, assistive technologies, and orientation and mobility strategies Excellent communication and collaboration skills Flexibility and creativity in problem-solving and adapting curriculum Strong advocacy for student needs and inclusion

Responsibilities:
