Tree Specialist/Bonsai Instructor About us Bonsai Bai Me is Utah's newest experience date-night! Come join our amazing team and help guide our guests through creating their very own bonsai tree. This job is extremely fun and requires no previous experience! We are looking for candidates who bring a positive energy to our team! A strong candidate for this position will be great with people, a self-starter, highly motivated, detail oriented and organized. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and will be able to work both independently and in a team environment.

EVER Job Responsibilities:

Interact with guests and provide them with a top notch experience! Keep the store clean and tidy Restock inventory (pots and trees) Give feedback to owners on ways to improve the workplace Problem solve Keep store plants taken care of and watered Participate in trainings and team meetings Have a positive influence on the team culture Prep for store opening and perform closing work

Job Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old Must have a high school diploma or GED Must be able to carry up to 20lbs up and down stairs Must be good with people and have a positive attitude Can provide positive customer service experiences Must have a high school diploma (some college is preferred) Must be able to stand for a 5-8 hour shift This is NOT a remote position No previous bonsai experience is required, we will train you on the job!
