We're looking for a warm, dedicated voice teacher to join our growing studio. You'll work one-on-one with students of all ages, helping them build technique, confidence, and a genuine love of singing. What Makes This Position Different This is a W-2 employee role, not an independent contractor position. You're paid for every scheduled teaching hour, including trial lessons and no-shows, so your income stays predictable even when a student's schedule shifts. As our studio grows, we're actively working toward adding health insurance, dental insurance, and other employee benefits. Responsibilities Teach individualized voice lessons to children, teens, and adults Develop students' vocal technique, breath control, and stage presence Tailor each lesson to the student's goals, interests, and pace Prepare students for recitals, auditions, and performance opportunities Keep students motivated and engaged over the long term Update families on student progress as needed Contribute to a studio culture where students feel supported and excited to learn Qualifications Candidates should meet at least one of the following: 7+ years of experience teaching voice A music degree plus 2+ years of teaching experience A professional voice certification plus 2+ years of teaching experience Professional performing experience plus 2+ years of teaching experience What We Offer W-2 employment with consistent pay Compensation for trial lessons and no-shows Flexible scheduling Professional development support A collaborative, encouraging team environment Room to grow with an expanding music school Upcoming benefits, including health and dental insurance
