Driven by our core values of Transparency, Equity, and a Parent-First Approach, we work primarily with Medicaid-supported families across Northern Virginia to close the gap in accessible early intervention. Our practice is heavily informed by the parent coaching model—we don't just work with the child in isolation; we partner with, empower, and build long-term capacity within the family. Key Responsibilities Deliver early intervention support under IDEA Part C using a parent-coaching model, embedding developmental strategies directly into daily home routines.Conduct multidisciplinary evaluations and write Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) aligned with parent-identified goals. Provide fluent, culturally attuned intervention seamlessly in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English to ensure non-English speaking families receive equitable access to services. Practice radical transparency with families, maintaining clear, open communication regarding progress, rights, and care planning.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy teams and local Infant & Toddler Connection networks across Northern Virginia.
