Montessori Teacher

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting the academic and social development of students. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and supporting the individual needs of each student. The Teacher will work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community to ensure the highest standards of education. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment. Provide individualized support to students, including those with special education needs. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and welfare. Conduct tutoring sessions for students needing additional assistance. Participate in curriculum development and enhancement initiatives. Foster a safe and nurturing environment that prioritizes child welfare. Teach physical education classes, promoting health and fitness among students. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching strategies. Skills Strong behavior management techniques to maintain an effective classroom atmosphere. Experience in special education is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff. Proficiency in tutoring methods to support diverse learning needs. Knowledge of child welfare practices to ensure the safety and well-being of students. Experience working with children in various educational settings, including private schools. Ability to develop engaging curriculum materials that cater to different learning styles. Background in childcare practices that promote healthy development in children. Familiarity with teaching physical education concepts and activities.
