Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment. This role involves developing and implementing curriculum, managing classroom dynamics, and providing individualized support to students to enhance their learning experiences. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that meets the diverse needs of students. Create lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and physical education. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning atmosphere. Provide individualized support for students with special needs through early intervention strategies. Foster communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Conduct assessments and standardized testing to evaluate student learning outcomes. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development. Experience Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in preschool or daycare environments. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other child-centered teaching philosophies is a plus. Background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management is essential. Experience in behavior management techniques and child welfare practices. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Knowledge of tutoring strategies and literacy education practices is beneficial. Previous experience in special education or working with children requiring additional support is highly desirable.
