Key Qualifications:

Valid Special Education teaching certification Experience with caseload management and writing IEPs Proven ability to collaborate with general education teachers Strong progress monitoring and documentation skills Effective communicator with students, families, and staff Flexible and committed to individualized support

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide push-in academic and behavioral support in the general education setting Deliver targeted pull-out services as determined by IEPs Manage case files for up to 14 students, ensuring compliance with all regulations Write, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to each student's unique needs Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and staff collaborations Foster inclusive classroom practices that empower all learners Track student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed This position is offered as a W2 contract with hourly pay ranging from $31 to $34, along with access to healthcare benefits and a 401k plan.
