Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Virginia Special Education Teaching License or eligibility required Demonstrated experience implementing IEPs Familiarity with special education compliance/documentation Effective classroom management and behavior support abilities Team-oriented, with strong collaboration skills Previous experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or self-contained classrooms preferred Working knowledge of ABA, structured teaching, and communication systems is a plus Crisis de-escalation certification is desirable
