Qualifications:
Valid certification in Deaf / Hard of Hearing specialties (DHH) Proven experience as a Teacher for Deaf / Hard of Hearing students Comfortable working across multiple locations and adapting to differing school environments Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to create individualized learning plans
Responsibilities:
Support students with hearing challenges by tailoring instruction to their needs Collaborate with faculty and support staff in King George, Colonial Beach, and Westmoreland Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Consult with parents, teachers, and administrators to advocate for students needs Monitor and document student progress
