9601932-23231 Job Description Make a difference this school year as a contract Special Education Teacher supporting students in a dynamic learning environment. This full-time opportunity (37.5 hours/week: 8:45am4:15pm) offers the chance to work closely with general education teachers to provide vital push-in and occasional pull-out support for students with individualized needs. With a caseload of up to 14 students, you'll guide learners through their academic journeys while championing inclusive education.

What You'll Do:

Deliver instructional support within general education classrooms (push-in) Provide targeted pull-out services as determined by IEP requirements Manage caseload and all aspects of case management for up to 14 students Develop and write IEPs tailored to individual student goals and compliance Closely monitor student progress and update records accordingly Attend and actively participate in IEP and parent/teacher meetings Collaborate with general education staff to ensure accommodations and modifications are delivered effectively Uphold documentation and compliance standards

What Were Looking For:

Valid Special Education teaching certification Experience crafting and implementing IEPs, progress monitoring, and managing caseloads Strong communication skills for collaborative work with peers and families Commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom culture Previous experience with both push-in and pull-out SPED services is a plus In addition to the rewarding nature of the work, you'll enjoy hourly compensation between $31$34 for this W2 contract position.
