Responsibilities:
Design and deliver tailored lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student Monitor student progress, collecting data and making instructional adjustments as necessary Manage and implement IEPs, collaborating with support staff, specialists, and families Maintain accurate records of student achievements, accommodations, and behavioral plans Provide small group or one-on-one instruction to address skill gaps or reinforce concepts Participate actively in school meetings, professional development, and parent conferences Employ positive behavior strategies to foster student engagement and growth
