Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Special Education teaching certification for the state of Virginia Experience supporting K-12 students with diverse learning needs preferred Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with general educators, parents, and support staff Adaptable, compassionate, and committed to fostering inclusive learning environments
