Summary:
Primary responsibility is to provide special education services for elementary school students in an inclusion environment. The qualified candidate will have a background in working with elementary school students who have learning disabilities.
Qualifications:
Applicants should hold a Virginia teaching license with an endorsement in Special Education K-12 General Curriculum or Specific Learning Disabilities K-12, or be eligible for such. Emphasis on candidates who are highly qualified in one or more core content areas.
Salary:
Range for the 2026-2027 school year is $54,590 - $85,329 with additional supplemental pay for a graduate degree. Fully licensed successful candidate eligible for $5,000 signing incentive and a $5,000 VRS qualified stipend.
Workday:
Full time / 10 month/200 Days/ 7 hours per day
