Bring:

An active Virginia Special Education Teaching License, or be eligible for licensure Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) A solid understanding of special education compliance and documentation best practices Strong classroom management abilities and behavioral support skills Willingness and skill collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families

Preferred Experience:

Prior work with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, especially in a self-contained classroom setting Knowledge of strategies such as ABA principles, structured teaching, visual schedules, social stories, and alternative communication systems Experience supporting students with significant cognitive and behavioral needs Background in crisis prevention or de-escalation training

Key Responsibilities:
