A strong commitment to early childhood education and experience working with children is essential. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective communication. Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their academic growth. Collaborate with other educators to develop and enhance curriculum offerings. Maintain a safe and organized classroom setting that encourages exploration and learning. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred. Experience in early childhood education or daycare settings is highly desirable. Strong skills in lesson planning, behavior management, and classroom management. Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff. Experience working with diverse student populations is a plus. Knowledge of curriculum development is beneficial but not required.
