This contract opportunity offers two dynamic, fully in-person positions for the 2026-2027 school year. Both roles are crucial to the continued development and success of diverse learners, in settings that value collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications:
Valid Special Education teaching certification meeting state requirements Experience designing and implementing IEPs for students in K-8 settings Passion for inclusive education and differentiated instruction Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Flexibility and adaptability to meet individualized student needs Proficiency in data collection and progress monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-person special education services for assigned caseloads in either a middle school or elementary school setting Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate closely with general education teachers and support staff Foster a classroom environment that encourages participation and growth for all students Monitor and document student progress, adapting instruction as necessary Engage regularly with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and promote continuity between home and school Maintain compliance with state and district requirements This role provides the opportunity to be a transformative force in students' educational journeys during the 2026-2027 school year.
