We are seeking a dedicated special education professional or paraprofessional interested in working in a Behavioral Interventionist (BI) or Educational Support Professional (ESP) capacity for the upcoming academic year. Contracts begin August 20th, with positions available across multiple grade levels. This is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about special education to help students develop essential skills and reach their full potential. Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, working closely with experienced teachers and a supportive team.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience as a Special Education Teacher or Paraprofessional Background or interest in behavioral intervention, preferably in K-8 settings Familiarity with IEPs and individualized student plans Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills Collaborative approach to working with students, teachers, and families Flexibility and eagerness to adapt to different classroom needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct academic and behavioral support to K-8 learners Implement IEP goals and accommodations Assist special education teachers in daily classroom activities Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment Model appropriate behaviors and reinforce social/emotional development Record and report student progress to the educational team This contract role provides valuable experience and the chance to truly make an impact within the school community.
