Qualifications:

Certified Special Education Teacher or Paraprofessional (ESP/BI) experience with K-8 students preferred Ability to foster inclusive, supportive learning environments Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Flexibility and adaptability in new educational settings Commitment to empowering students with varying needs

Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized instruction and behavioral support to K-8 students Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and families Develop and implement IEPs and behavior intervention strategies Maintain student documentation and monitor progress Cultivate positive relationships and uphold respectful, inclusive practices
