Nov 30, 2026 Job Description Greater Rutland County Supervisory Union-Long Term Sub-Special Educator- GRCSU is seeking a long term substitute special educator for Rutland Town School from 11/30/26 through 2/5/27 (41 days) The applicant we are seeking will have or be eligible for VT certification in special education or have a teaching certification and would be interested in seeking an endorsement in special education. The desired candidates must enjoy working collaboratively with parents, classroom teachers, service providers and other special educators. Applicants should have a strong instructional background in the basic skills area, ability to integrate technology to support student independence, and an understanding of behavioral interventions.
