Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid Special Education teaching certification or eligibility for certification Experience designing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong understanding of a variety of disabilities and ability to adjust teaching strategies accordingly Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Previous experience in a school setting preferred Ability to maintain patience, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions

Key Responsibilities:
