Responsibilities of Special Education Teacher:
Meet the needs of students whose primary need is in the area of Emotional Disability Evaluate and assess student progress against instructional objectives Serve as the IEP case manager for assigned students Utilize Life Space Crisis Intervention for behavior support Apply the Circle of Courage framework for social-emotional development Support student behavior within the learning environment. Use competency-based learning practices for academics Design individualized learning pathways for students Requirements for
