Ro Health is hiring a full-time Elementary Special Education Teacher to support Longview School District in Longview, Washington for the 2026-2027 school year . As a Special Education Teacher, you'll work directly with elementary students with a variety of disabilities, collaborating with school staff and families to create an engaging and supportive learning environment. Compensation:
$60-$70/hour (depending on experience) Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual student goals Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Foster an inclusive, structured, and positive classroom environment Utilize evidence-based instructional practices and assistive technology when appropriate Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate with a Special Education Endorsement Experience developing and implementing IEPs preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Passion for helping students achieve academic and personal success Benefits (eligibility dependent on employment status) Weekly pay via direct deposit Paid time off and sick time Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer matching Dedicated Ro Health recruiter for ongoing support Apply Today!
