Baker neighborhood, has a September 2026 opening for an After Care Leader. This part-time position begins in September and runs through early June, Mondays through Fridays, from 3:00pm to 6:00/6:15/6:30pm , time depending on availability and school needs. The hourly salary would be $25/hour . We are looking for a colleague to join our team who is collaborative and innovative, with the position offering room for advancement . The candidate should have prior experience with children ages four through twelve in either a formal or informal setting. This individual should be able to lead a group and know how to sincerely show appreciation for each child as an individual. They are expected to interact positively and professionally with parents and school personnel. The candidate will be encouraged to be creative in determining what activities to present. The After Care Lead will be asked to determine and set and maintain appropriate boundaries for the children in their care. They will be relied on to maintain high standards of safety, following the protocols in our faculty handbook.
