Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active licensure/certification as a Special Education Teacher in the state (or ability to obtain) Previous experience working in a school setting strongly preferred Demonstrated background in case management, IEP development, and compliance Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to build relationships with students, families, and colleagues Collaborative mindset and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities Include:
Serve as a Case Manager for students requiring special education services Develop, implement, and track Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Coordinate, schedule, and lead IEP meetings with parents and staff Maintain compliance with all federal and state special education regulations Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed Provide instructional support and accommodations tailored to each student Work with general education teachers to ensure inclusive practices are carried out Communicate consistently with families regarding student progress and goals You'll work alongside dedicated professionals in a supportive school setting, where your contributions make a direct, positive difference in students' lives.
