Job Description
Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid teaching license with a Special Education endorsement (or eligibility) Experience as a Case Manager, preferably in a school setting In-depth understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Ability to accommodate diverse learning needs and adapt instruction accordingly Proficiency with progress monitoring, goal setting, and data collection related to student growth Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive classroom environmentsCore Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver individualized lesson plans aligned with students' unique needs and learning goals Serve as Case Manager for assigned students, facilitating IEP meetings and ensuring plan adherence Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families Advocate for students by monitoring progress, maintaining thorough records, and adjusting strategies as needed Support social, emotional, and behavioral development using evidence-based interventions Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and school policiesBenefits and Perks:
