Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Valid teaching certification in Special Education Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Strong collaboration skills to work with general educators, support staff, and families Flexibility to work across a range of classroom settings and student needs

Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized instruction in both inclusion and resource environments Adapt lessons and materials to address varied learning abilities Track and document student progress, maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements Collaborate in team meetings to review IEPs and student goals Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure holistic support
