Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and individualized instruction to a caseload of 15 students in 7th and 8th grade. Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to facilitate inclusive learning experiences. Foster a positive, safe, and supportive classroom atmosphere for all students. Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and needs.
Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility to obtain certification in Wisconsin). Experience working with middle school students preferred. Strong knowledge of IEP development and progress monitoring. Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families. Effective organizational and communication skills.
