What youll need to succeed:

Valid teaching license with appropriate Special Education endorsement for elementary grades. Experience creating and implementing IEPs for elementary-age students. Strong communication and organizational skills for collaboration with families and educational staff. Commitment to fostering inclusion, adapting instruction, and supporting a range of learning abilities. Ability to remain flexible in an onsite setting and effectively manage a caseload. Full availability for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you will: Develop and execute individualized instructional plans tailored to student needs. Track progress, update IEPs, and maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines. Communicate regularly with parents, administrators, and support personnel.
