What were looking for:

Current special education program aide license, or a valid special education license in another area. Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting is highly valued. Ability to flexibly assist with academic support, behavioral guidance, andwhen neededhealthcare support for students. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit with students, educators, and families. Adaptability to serve students from 4K through high school, adjusting your approach based on developmental and individual needs. Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all learners. In this role, your key responsibilities will include: Assisting teachers in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs). Providing targeted academic interventions and behavior support under direct supervision. Supporting students daily routines, which may include assisting with personal care needs. Helping facilitate classroom activities and reinforcing positive student engagement. Maintaining accurate documentation and ongoing communication with supervising staff.
