What youll need:

Active Wisconsin Special Education certification/license Experience working with high school students, ideally across a range of needs Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to start full time on 8/18/26 and commit through 6/3/27 Flexibility and adaptability to support a dynamic classroom environment

Responsibilities:

Manage a cross-categorical caseload of 16-20 students in grades 9-12 Implement tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Partner with two assigned educational assistants to deliver cohesive support Foster student engagement and growth in a supportive, inclusive setting Communicate progress to parents and collaborate with staff Participate in professional development as needed
