Available positions include:
Cross-Categorical Special Education Teachers, with multiple openings to engage and instruct learners of diverse abilities. Self-Contained Special Education Teacher, providing tailored support to students with complex needs, including those on the Autism spectrum and those requiring medical assistance. 4K Teacher, focusing on early childhood education ( requires a valid 1809 teaching license ). Middle School Cross-Categorical Special Education Teachers, offering several spots for educators who excel in inclusive instructional environments. Ideal candidates bring a commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive educational communities and adapting to meet a variety of student needs. Collaboration, creativity, and patience are essential, as is the drive to see every student thrive.
Key qualifications:
Valid teaching license appropriate to the grade/subject area (early childhood, cross-categorical special education, etc.) Experience working with special education populations, including students with Autism and complex medical needs, preferred Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and specialized instructional strategies Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to support students ranging from early childhood through middle school Role highlights and responsibilities: Deliver individualized and small-group instruction to students in inclusive and specialized classrooms Partner with general education staff, support personnel, and families for student success Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings Take pride in helping students reach their best potential while working alongside dedicated, like-minded educators.
