Key Qualifications:

Valid Special Education teaching license in one of the following: Multi-Categorical K-6, Multi-Categorical 5-12, or Autism endorsement Ability to build supportive relationships with students, families, and staff Adaptability and resourcefulness in delivering IEPs and differentiated instruction Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with varying needs Work directly with students in K-12 settings, delivering targeted instruction and behavioral supports Coordinate with general education teachers and related service providers to ensure an inclusive learning environment Employ a variety of assessments and data-driven strategies to monitor and report student progress Engage in parent communication and participate in professional development opportunities
