In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), delivering targeted instruction, and ensuring that every learner has access to the resources and support they need to thrive.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education Active or eligible Wyoming Special Education teaching certification/license Prior experience working with Special Education students or within a classroom setting is preferred Strong communication abilities for collaborating with students, teachers, families, and support staff Detail-oriented with an ability to track student progress and manage documentation

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and carry out IEPs tailored to individual student needs across K-12 grades Deliver specialized instruction in both academic and behavioral areas Monitor, assess, and report on student progress and IEP objectives Provide effective accommodations and modifications to support student success Work closely with multidisciplinary teamsincluding teachers, families, and specialiststo ensure comprehensive support Maintain up-to-date records and required documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines This is an opportunity to commit fully to a supportive educational environment, working 40 hours per week to create real change in students lives.
