We are currently seeking reliable, positive, and engaging individuals to provide classroom coverage on an as-needed basis . About GRO Enrichment GRO Enrichment is a homeschool enrichment microschool serving students in Kindergarten-6th grade. Our program focuses on small-group learning, subject rotations, and an engaging, relationship-based educational environment. Classes are intentionally kept small, with no more than 10 students per class , allowing instructors to provide more individualized support and build meaningful connections with students. How Our Classes Work GRO uses a subject-based teaching model . Rather than teaching every subject to one grade level, instructors typically teach one subject across multiple grade levels throughout the day. For example, you may substitute for our Science instructor and teach Science to several different grade-level groups as they rotate through your classroom.
