- What's a typical day as a Substitute Teacher? You'll be:
- + Assuming the duties of district employees according to lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies. + Empowering students to learn and encouraging active classroom participation. + For long-term assignments, developing lesson plans and administering/grading tests and assignments.
