Minimum Requirements:

• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Arkansas Division of Elementary & Secondary Education background clearance (out-of-pocket, non-refundable expense of $49.

Substitute Pay Rates:

• Teacher and Librarian (Less than 60 college credits): $88 per day
• Teacher and Librarian (Bachelor's or higher): $98 per day
• Paraprofessional and Clerical (Less than 60 college credits): $11 per hour
• Paraprofessional and Clerical (Bachelor's or higher): $12.25 per hour Responsibilities and Job Description(s):
• Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
• Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation
• For long-term teacher assignments, it may be required to develop lessons plans, as well as build, administer, and grade tests and assignments Perks you'll enjoy with
