Engaged & Authentic Student Culture Other Duties Include:
Evaluating students' academic and social growth, keeping appropriate records, and preparing progress reports Communicating with parents via email, conferences, and other means to discuss student progress Identifying student needs and cooperating with the other professional staff members in assessing and helping students solve health, attitude, and learning problems Providing differentiated instruction and executing IEP's and 504 Plans with fidelity Substitute/duty coverage as needed Supervise students during classroom transitions throughout the day Occasionally represent the campus at designated school wide community events outside of typical school hours
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Eligible to work in Arkansas Public Schools (AR certified). A bachelor's degree in education or related subject. Ability to obtain a valid fingerprint clearance through the state department and Department of Public Safety.
Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an educator. Master's degree in education or related subject(s).
Benefits and Salary:
Starting Teacher Salary is $50,000 and is negotiable dependent on education and experience.
