Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Make an impact in the classroom by supporting students and teachers as a valued paraprofessional. This contract position, located near vibrant Tempe, AZ, offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with educators and students to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with teachers to deliver individualized and group instruction, help manage classroom activities, and provide students with the encouragement they need to succeed academically and socially. Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a K-12 school setting is strongly preferred Ability to work effectively with students requiring varied academic and behavioral support Strong interpersonal and communication skills Capable of working under the direction of certified teaching staff High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or paraprofessional certification a plus Capacity to adapt quickly and maintain a calm, supportive demeanor
