Middle & High School:
History Language Arts/English Science Mathematics Physical Education Special Education Requirements / Qualifications Appropriate credentials or permit issued by the Commission of Teacher Credentialing (CTC). Letter of Introduction dated within 2 years. Attach only the requested documents 30 Day Emergency Substitute Permit, or Multiple Subject or Single Subject Teaching Credential Applicants must have earned a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university/college and meet California's Commision on Credentialing requirements. CVUSD may assist applicants in obtaining a 30 Day Emergency Substitute Permit. Foreign Transcripts must be evaluated for US equivalency by an accredited and CTC approved transcript evaluator. Visit CTC's website for a list of accredited evaluators. Resume Photo of Bachelor's Degree or Transcript One of the Three required references on your application must be from a past/present supervisor.
