Daily Pay Range:
$150 - $268 Pay will vary for day-to-day assignments and is typically more for long-term placements. Pay varies by certification, school, and assignment.Perks & Compensation:

Bachelor's degree, associate's degree or college credits Three professional references, including at least one from a previous supervisor State & federal background checks TB risk assessment or testYou'll Stand Out If You:
Passion for education and putting students first An empathetic nature, a growth mindset, and a drive to be the best you can be Have a teaching credential/certificate or 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit Have previous experience in special education settings Are bilingual and/or have bilingual teaching experienceWhat You'll Do:
Supervise and support students in the classroom, playground, or cafeteria Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Encourage student engagement and participation throughout the day Manage classroom routines, behavior, and transitions, following any lesson plans left by the teacher Communicate clearly with school staff Leave brief notes or feedback for the returning teacher Sitting, standing, and walking, and able to lift up to 30 lbs while safely assisting students Observe and communicate across varied environments, incl. indoor and outdoor settings Additional role requirements will be in the handbook and shared during the interview process About Scoot Education Scoot Education is a thoughtful staffing partner with a mission to help create exceptional experiences in education.
