Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Substitute After-School Teacher to provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for our elementary students in our after-school program. This role involves stepping in as needed to lead structured activities, assist with homework, and ensure the well-being of students. The ideal candidate is flexible, patient, and passionate about working with children.

$19.50 - $21.00 This is an on-call, part-time position based on program needs between the hours of 3 PM - 6

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage with elementary students in after-school activities, ensuring a positive and safe environment. Assist students with homework, providing guidance and encouragement. Light sweeping, wiping down tables, and trash removal Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed. Maintain program rules, policies, and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with elementary-age children in an educational or childcare setting. Strong communication and organizational skills. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
