Qualifications Position Summary:

  • It is the responsibility of the Substitute Teacher to carry-out the absent teacher's prepared lesson plans.
During a prolonged absence, the substitute is responsible for performing all essential functions identified in the absent teacher's job description. Applications will be carefully reviewed. All applicants will be notified by email regarding their selection status. Applicants offered a position, will need to attend a one day orientation. Qualified applicants will be professional, courteous, and dedicated to providing outstanding service to our students. Teaching experience is preferred but not required. Possession of or ability to obtain a valid California Teaching Credential or Substitute Permit.

  • Valid California Teaching Credential or
  • Valid California 30-Day Sub Permit All candidates offered a position will need to submit proof of TB test and Fingerprint Clearance.
