Job Description
Job Summary Oak & Ivy Learning is a Christ-centered, Charlotte Mason-inspired homeschool enrichment program serving students in grades K-8 in Estero, FL. Our students learn through living books, nature study, and hands-on projects in a small, close-knit classroom setting. We're building a pool of substitute teachers we can call on when a regular teacher is out. There's no set schedule — just your availability when we need it. Responsibilities Cover classroom instruction on an as-needed basis when a regular teacher is unavailable Follow the lesson plans and materials left by the regular teacher for the day Lead a multi-age group of students (ages 5-14) with warmth and confidence Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
