31 (Bachelor's Degree with official transcripts conferring degree status be on file.) Key Responsibilities Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by the regular teacher. Deliver classroom instruction to students in various subjects and grade levels. Maintain classroom discipline and enforce school rules and policies. Take attendance and maintain accurate student records as required. Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, lunch, recess, and other assigned duties. Provide assistance to students with assignments, questions, and educational activities. Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Manage classroom behavior effectively and address conflicts when necessary. Communicate important information regarding student progress, behavior, and completed work to the regular teacher. Adapt instructional methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times. Utilize classroom technology and educational resources effectively. Comply with district, school, and state education regulations and policies.
