Immediately Job Description Job descriptionDuties:
- Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher and deliver instruction to students in a variety of subjects and grade levels
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students
- Provide support and assistance to students with special needs or learning disabilities
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure continuity of instruction Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
- Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting
- Knowledge of lesson planning and curriculum development
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and handle behavior management issues
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices
- Experience working with students with autism or special needs is a plus
- Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and strategies As a Substitute Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in various classrooms and grade levels, gaining valuable experience in different educational settings.
