Job Description We're looking for a dependable, flexible teacher to provide classroom coverage at our three Siblings & Company locations in Breese, New Baden, and Germantown. This can be a full-time position or Part Time . You'll work with children of different ages and support classrooms where you're needed most, BUT you will not be alone. You will be with the other teacher from the classroom so no worries!
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Wage is based on College Credits. $20.25/hr: Lead teacher and Director qualified . $20.00: Bachelors in ECE. $18.25: Associates in ECE . $17.00 -$18.00: E ntry level teacher with 60 college credits, and six of them being related to early childhood. Or 30 college credits with six being related to early childhood plus one year of experience in an early childhood program . $15.00 Entry Level Assistant with no ECE credits. Responsibilities Provide a safe and positive environment for children. Follow classroom routines and daily schedules. Support teachers and classrooms as needed. Maintain active supervision at all times. Help with meals, diapering, toileting, naps, and playground time. Communicate with directors and classroom staff. Follow all DCFS policies and procedures. Qualifications Experience working with children preferred. Reliable transportation. Flexible and dependable. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Able to meet Illinois DCFS employment requirements.
