Category Schools - General Education Teacher Job Type Contract Step into an impactful role as a full-time general education teacher, guiding junior high students through an engaging academic year. Based in a vibrant educational setting near Joliet, IL, this contract opportunity begins August 26, 2026, and runs through June 3, 2027. You'll work from 7:30AM to 2:21PM, delivering instruction and supporting students as they grow and learn. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active Illinois teaching licensure and certification required CTE (Career and Technical Education) endorsement is a must Previous experience working in a school-based setting Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to inspire and motivate junior high students Comfortable participating in a 30-minute interview process
Key Responsibilities:
