Description:
We are seeking dedicated and adaptable Substitute Teachers to join our educational team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support student learning and maintain classroom continuity in the absence of regular teachers. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe, respectful environment Engage students in learning activities and provide support as needed Maintain accurate attendance records and report any issues to school administration Adapt to different grade levels and subject areas as required Follow school policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or teaching certification preferred Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and student needs Strong organizational skills and reliability Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude towards student development
