Duties Implement lesson plans provided that align with educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of students. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and any concerns related to academic or behavioral issues. Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners. Provides care and Supervision for all children ensuring safety and wellbeing at all times. Maintain a structured yet flexible classroom routine that provides stability for children. Must have patience and Empathy Must have good communication skills Must have organization and felxibility Experience Proven experience working with students in a classroom setting. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students of varying ages and backgrounds.
